Happy Easter & April! I hope you all are enjoying your day with family and friends. I know we are certainly remembering the meaning of Easter today, thankful, and enjoying fellowship with friends and family today.
I am dropping in though to share the weekly menu. It’s officially spring, many of you are planning your spring breakfast adventures. We are planning for summer. We have just a few short weeks ahead and then we are out for the summer months.

I know that we are ready. I always find it funny that come about July, I’m so ready for school to start but by March…it’s time for it to be over! I’m ready to sleep in a little, slow down, and spend time at the pool. It’s time to work on our tan, right?
I know my daughter has been so anxious to go swimming. I’m hoping to find a pool to go too as well. Maybe we will just get a smaller one for home? Our go-to pool is closed this summer because they are remodeling it, such a bummer because it was my favorite.
It was so quiet and easy to watch both kids at the same time. Now, I have to figure out a plan B for swimming! I’m on the hunt though, or maybe I’ll just convince myself to get a smaller one for at home? Do you have one? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
