We all know that Sweet Potato Casserole is a classic side dish for Thanksgiving or Easter Dinner, but this one has a nice sweet twist with the addition of Maple Syrup.
– Sweet Potatoes – Half & Half – Butter – Maple Syrup
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Be sure the potatoes are cooked and peeled.
Place cooked potatoes in a large mixing bowl, then add in the cream, butter, syrup, salt, pepper, vanilla, cinnamon, and allspice.
Beat in the egg.
Fold in chopped pecans.
