4 Bone-In or Boneless Pork Chops Fresh Parsley to Garnish 1/2 Cup Gluten-Free Soy Sauce 1/4 Cup Gluten-Free Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Tsp Pepper


Whisk together the marinade ingredients until well combined. Place pork chops in a shallow dish or bag and pour the marinade over the pork chops to coat. Let rest and soak for 1-4 hours.

Heat the grill up to medium-high heat and cook on medium-low for 3-5 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches at least 145*F.

Remove from grill, let rest for 5 minutes and serve!
