Ginger Pancakes

Make these FUN and festive Ginger Pancakes that can be made gluten-free too!

Are you ready for the holiday season? Ginger Pancakes or Gingerbread Pancakes have been a longstanding must in our family. These are our go-to pancakes any time we have a snow day.

– Baking Mix – Milk – Eggs – Vanilla

INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl, whisk together the baking mix and the milk.

Whisk in the eggs, vanilla, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and salt. In a greased skillet or griddle, turn it on to medium heat.

Then, pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet.

This will cook until it starts to bubble, then flip over.

Continue cooking until all batter has been used, this made 8 pancakes.
