Easy Gluten Free Homemade Cornbread

Make a delicious side dish with this Gluten Free Homemade Cornbread!

This is from scratch, so not Jiffy Cornbread; however, it tastes very similar in my opinion. It’s an easy gluten-free option for cornbread without a mix!

– Butter – Granulated Sugar – Eggs – Yellow Cornmeal


Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar.

Carefully add in the eggs, then continue to mix in the remaining ingredients until well combined.

Spray a 9×9 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray or prepare a 9-inch cast iron skillet. Carefully spread the batter into the pan.

Bake for 35 minutes at 375°F or until slightly golden and fully cooked.
