Get ready for back to school and lunches with these Tuna Salad Pinwheels!
One thing that I absolutely love is Tuna, do you? I know it’s a love it or hate it thing, but for me I love it! As I was thinking through all the back to school lunch ideas, I thought these Tuna Salad Pinwheels would make a great addition. I love to mix up lunches and do something a little different than the typical sandwich.
One thing I love about this Tuna Salad is that we use hard-boiled eggs in it too, I like to go beyond just the may with Tuna and add extras to it. I also add sweet relish and dill weed to it too. It makes for the perfect protein boosted tuna salad.
I always use Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore in Water when we make this tasty tuna salad. This tuna is high in quality and you can tell as soon as you open the can. Tuna makes for a great lean protein with lots of healthy fats, which is exactly what my family needs. Of course Only Bumble Bee Albacore Will Do™, and you can find out more on why it is the best by clicking to learn more here.
We have our lunches ready and are full steam ahead into back to school mode. Are you? My kids started school yesterday and next week will be our first full week of school. They were both worn out after the first day but we are also all anxious to get back into the daily routine. It was quite an adjustment for my daughter having her bubba here all summer long and now she’s adjusting to him being gone again. Next year though, they’ll both be at the same school…I’m so excited for that!
Are you ready for a tasty treat for lunch? I am! I have to say these are just as good for my kids as they are for me, I love them too!
It’s time to eat up and enjoy!

These Tuna Salad Pinwheels are a great lunch idea! Not only for back-to-school, but from us grown-ups as well. Since I have been on a diet (almost 2 months now) I have been avoiding sandwiches because of the bread. Using a wrap instead is a great idea, and now I can finally have that tuna salad I have been craving. Plus, I love finger foods so these are perfect for me!
These sound so delicious! I’m a huge fan of tuna, but I’ve never had it with boiled eggs before ever – and the combination sounds delicious! I love the pinwheel idea too, I generally have bread and I’m always saying I’ll cut back. Pinwheels for lunch tomorrow!
What a fun way to turn a tuna sandwich into something fun and exciting to eat. Plus it would work great in a Bento Lunch Box. It also helps reduce the carbs that you would get if you had it on bread. Thanks for sharing.
Tuna is such an easy lunch solution when you’re busy. I love using it in tuna salad or on crackers, but this is a way more fun idea. I love the tuna pinwheel idea!
