Metamucil is easy to add into water or any other cool liquid such as a smoothie. There are a few different products, but there is not a gritty taste or flavor. It’s likely you won’t even notice that it’s in your drink. It’s best to add 1-2 servings of Metamucil into an empty glass, then add 8oz of cold water or your other favorite liquid.
Once it’s in your drink, just stir and drink. The one thing to remember is as you take this challenge, you may feel a little bloated the first few days, then as the challenge continues your body will reset and you will no longer have that feeling. By the last day, it’ll become a normal, better habit in your life.
