Are you ready for Monsters University the prequel basically to Monsters Inc.? We geared up for it all weekend long then took our son to see it for his birthday over the weekend. One of the best ways to celebrate was with a Monsters Drink and Monsters University Toys!
How was it? Fantastic! It’s one of those movies that is hilarious for the whole family, that’s my favorite kind!
In light of the birthday surprise to see Monsters University, we decided to get our son all excited about it by not only shopping at Walmart for some new Monsters University toys but also creating Sully Monster Juice!
I headed to Walmart to pick up the supplies I needed to make Sully Monster Juice which originally I was going to call Monster Floats, but my son kept calling it Sully Juice! So, it stuck! While we were there, I was so excited to find Monster cups for less than $1! Perfect!
I started out by using some wooden skewers that I stuck some gummy worms on! This is where you can get creative and picks up any type of candy you think would be perfect for your googly eyed monsters! I figure in my world monsters will eat worms along with eyeballs!
Next up, I picked up some Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, Strawberry Kiwi Carbonated Flavored Water, and Strawberry Kiwi Juicy Juice! All of these ingredients topped with a little light whipped cream make the perfect, healthy treat for your little ones!
Now, all you do is mix a little water and juice then top it over the frozen yogurt all in the cup. Then, we dolloped a bit of light whipped cream on top and garnished with our worms! I add the carbonated water because I like my floats nice and fizzy!
What happened next? The kid test!
This little guy sipped on his Sully Monster Juice and played all evening long! Then, I peeked in before I went to bed and he had his Monsters right next to him in bed. He woke up in the morning and played some more!
