As we plan summer picnics, dips always come to mind but sometimes it’s nice to get a little creative and whip up a Stuffed Mushroom Dip. This dip paired with Dare Crackers is a match made in heaven.
One thing my husband and I love to eat is Stuffed Mushrooms, but it never fails, I always have lots of filling left after I stuff the mushrooms.
What’s a girl to do? This girl decided to turn that filling into a Stuffed Mushroom Dip! That’s right, lets keep on enjoying that delicious goodness that is stuffed into mushrooms with a dip paired with Dare Crackers. Now, this dip is absolutely perfect for summer picnics. For instance the upcoming 4th of July holiday, this is a must serve. It’s so good, you will not be able to stop at just one bite.
These dip is a little different than your simple dips but it’s loaded with flavor as it combines, cream cheese, cooked sausage, mushrooms, and garlic together into a beautiful Stuffed Mushroom Dip. I love to use original ground sausage for this because it adds the right amount of spice, but if you love spicy foods then go for the spicy ground sausage.
Of course, with any delicious dip, you must have the perfect cracker to go with it. We paired our dip with Dare Cabaret and the Dare Breton Original Crackers. We enjoyed it with both. My kids were devouring it.
The thing I love about Dare Crackers is they are crisp which is exactly the type of cracker you want with this Stuffed Mushroom Dip. They have a lot of crunch packed with flavor to offer the perfect lite-bite to your dip.

- 16 oz Mushroom Stems
- 1 Lb Ground Sausage, Cooked & Drained
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Tsp Chopped Parsley
- Dare Crackers
- In a food processor, combine the mushroom stems, sausage, and cream cheese.
- Add in the garlic salt and parsley.
- Process this well until it's a fine consistency.
- Serve with the crackers.
