Get ready for the busy holiday season with these Stuffed Chicken Sandwiches.
This post is sponsored by Sandwich Bros of WI; however, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
The holiday season is here and that means most of us are all BUSY! That also means dinner can sometimes be hard to come by, but not if you have Chicken Melts on hand!
This past week I headed to Costco to stock up on some of our essentials and we picked up the Chicken Melts from Sandwich Bros of WI. If you shop Costco then you will find the Chicken Melts made with all natural bread and chicken that is completely free from antibiotics and hormones!
That means you get a high quality product 100% White Meat Chicken with these Chicken Melts and they are topped with Wisconsin American Cheese. We always have these in our freezer not only for snacks or dinners but also lunches. I pack these in the lunches several times throughout the week too.
This time we needed a quick dinner, so I decided to make a BLT of sorts with the Chicken Melts creating a Stuffed Chicken Sandwich. I added bacon, lettuce, and tomato, and then you can also add your favorite sauce too. I like to use a dipping sauce such as a creamy dill dip or ranch dip. That same sauce can be used for some carrot chips too. We had a complete dinner just in time to head to evening activities.
It’s been quite a week between school programs and dance programs, a quick dinner was exactly what we needed and it only took about 5 minutes to prepare.
The great thing is that my family loves these sandwiches. They are perfect to customize and great for kids. I love that they are small and that you can just make more than one if you prefer. My kids can usually only eat one and then my husband needs two. That means there isn’t any waste because they are perfectly packaged to allow me to fix just the right amount.
As we head into the holidays do you have some go-to meals for dinner? I’d love to hear some.
In the meantime, when you head to Costco be sure to pick up your Sandwich Bros. Chicken Melts! I am certain they will come in handy as we head into the busy holiday season.
