Star Wars Mac & Cheese is the must have for the Star Wars fan in your life!
Disclosure: I’m sharing my easy KRAFT Mac & Cheese Star Wars Boxed Shapes dinner as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars.#Youknowyouloveit
Summer is coming, have you realized that yet? We are just about fully into summer and then the kids will be out of school and summer fun will be ahead.
I know in our household that means I am scrambling to think of summer activities that both my daughter and son can enjoy. That is sometimes a challenge considering they are 4 years apart. The added challenge on top of that is that I work from home, which means I have to be working some too. I love summer, but it also turns into a crazy balancing act in our household.
One thing I really plan out well during the summer months are lunches. I like to make a variety of kid-friendly lunches. I am typically feasting on a salad but my kids love a good, tasty, Mac & Cheese! This led me to try out the Star Wars Mac & Cheese Dinner recently from KRAFT. Did you know that they have really improved the health credentials on their boxed shapes mac & cheese? There are now no artificial flavors, preservatives, or synthetic colors (this applies to boxed shapes only).
I was excited to see these changes and my son was even more excited to feast on Star Wars Boxed Shapes Mac & Cheese. I also like to add a little extra to our Mac & Cheese, so I decided to make this a loaded version. We topped ours with bacon, sour cream, and chives. Of course, you can also add tomatoes and veggies too. I love packing it all into one meal for my kids. They tend to eat more veggies when it’s all included in a one-dish dinner. Then, of course, my son was sold on the Star Wars aspect.
Every bite my son took, he would tell me which character he was eating and then ask me which character was which. It was like Star Wars trivia Mac & Cheese style!
I grew up on KRAFT Mac & Cheese. It was actually one of the few things my sister could make when she babysat me during the summer. I’ve always had a love for it and I really am excited to be able to share it with my kids, but with better for you options.
