It’s almost time for St. Patrick’s Day! Are you ready to wear green and eat lots of Irish food?
My family does not typically celebrate St. Patrick’s Day; however, I have seen so many good dishes for St. Patrick’s Day, I thought I’d share a few with you.
One of few Irish dishes that I have eaten recently is Boxty, potato pancakes. This is a traditional Irish dish sure to fill you up on carbs, but what a great way to celebrate!
Next, I’m looking forward to trying Irish Soda Bread, I have never made this bread or had it before. It looks easy enough for me to do and looks to be a nice bread to enjoy year round.
I may not celebrate, but I am definitely going to be making these Oreo Mint Brownies. We know from my recent post on Brownies, I love them so why not try a new take on them?
Let’s just stick to more desserts like this Bit-of Irish Cheesecake, now please tell me you agree that looks incredible?
Next be sure to check out these delicious St. Patrick’s Day Cupcakes complete with a ‘How-To’ video! How cute are these to send with your kids to school?
Lastly, if you are looking for Kid’s Craft ideas check out these Old Favorite St. Patrick’s Day Craft ideas. We will be joining in and doing a few of these too!
That ends my St. Patrick’s Day wrap up, what is on your menu plan for St. Patrick’s Day?
