Are you ready for fall weather and slow cooker meals? I am way past ready. I’ve already decorated for fall, and my slow cooker is in full force.
On top of being ready for fall, I am also getting into the swing of school starting back up. We had a lot of excitement as my son entered Kindergarten, now we are finally getting a routine down.
That means in the midst of this, I need quick and easy meals to the rescue. I decided to pull together this tasty, Slow Cooker Fiesta Roast, using Canned Goods in my pantry, paired with my trusty Slow Cooker to make a very easy dinner.
The roast is juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. This dish is actually perfect paired with a side of rice or even a little chips and queso too.
Did you know that you can find plenty of easy meals for dinner time just by doing a little shopping either in your pantry or the canned goods aisle at the store? That is why I am so thrilled to be partnering with Cans Get You Cooking to bring you this recipe. I always have canned goods in stock in my pantry, which is a great benefit of canned goods because they do last so long!
