As we work our way through our freezer meals that we prepared, this one is topping my list of favorites! I love doing freezer slow cooker meals because they are so easy to prepare on your freezer cooking prep day! All you need to do for the slow cooker meals is toss the ingredients in a freezer safe storage bag then freeze and when you are ready to serve pour into the slow cooker.
For this recipe, I actually purchased a large roast then cut it in half to use for two different roast recipes. This made the most sense for my husband and I since it would just be us eating the meal.
I thought the cranberry gave it the boost of flavor it needed to make this a delicious, easy meal!
Enjoy!

You had me with the short list of ingredients. Those are my favorite kind of recipes and I’m mostly likely to make it again and again. This is in the works for next week!
