I mentioned this past week that I tried out a few recipes from Dawn Hall’s cookbook, “Busy People’s Slow Cooker Cookbook,” this recipe for Slow Cooker Cinnamon Kissed Chicken topped my favorites list.
I made this as part of my freezer cooking, so I prepared all the ingredients and froze them in a freezer safe storage bag. Then, when I was ready to make this I simply poured them in the slow cooker and let it cook on low all day!
After giving the chicken a taste once it was ready, I decided that serving it over a bed of rice would make for a delicious dinner along side mixed veggies. I was right and it made a delicious, healthy meal!
Enjoy!
