Enjoy these Simple Snack Solutions with the No Antibiotic Ever products from Tyson Foods.
Do you ever stop and think about how kids play differently these days, compared to when we grew up? I’m sure our parents thought the same about us when we were kids; however, I remember playing all evening until the street lights came on with very little supervision. That’s just the way it was, we would all go to a friend’s house, grab a snack, and off we would go.
Nowadays, play is scheduled, just like basically our entire life, right? We have ‘play-dates’. In our neighborhood, there aren’t many families with kids that are the same age as ours. My son and daughter basically have to get along if they want someone to play with, or we will invite friends over. Although scheduling play isn’t a bad thing, I still miss the days when kids just explored and played. Now, I’m struggling with my kids always needing me to come up with things for them to do. I am certain I had to figure that out myself when I was a kid. Didn’t you?
It is interesting to see how times have changed, how our culture has shifted, and how we have shifted in the foods we eat as well.
Many of us are more in-tune with what we are putting into our bodies and our kids as well; I know that I look at ingredients now more than ever. Thankfully, there are products now hitting the shelves that are super convenient for snacks during those play dates, or quick dinner solutions that are better for us. The latest?
Tyson® chicken has those same products we have always enjoyed but now they are labeled with ‘No Antibiotics Ever’ on the package. Tyson has a strong heritage, raising Chickens since 1935. All specially marked Tyson chicken products are raised with no antibiotics ever and made with 100% natural ingredients (no artificial ingredients, minimally processed).
That means that we can finally breathe a little easier knowing that we are in fact feeding our kids high quality foods. These specially marked packages can be found on a variety of Tyson chicken products including their fresh chicken, nuggets, Any’tizers® snacks, and drumsticks too. I picked up these Tyson chicken products at Walmart (more about that great experience at the end).
I really enjoy making my own BBQ sauce, so I had that on hand to serve with the chicken nuggets. I placed them on a tray so they could all get some sauce and chicken.
We were able to pick up everything we needed on our weekly Walmart trip. Of course, I’ve become obsessed with Walmart pickup, so I should say that you could order it online too and have someone load it up for you. Has anyone else tried Walmart pickup? It literally saves me not only so much time but also my sanity every single week! I am pretty thankful for it and wish it had started years ago.
Now, as you head out, remember to grab the specially marked packages that say, ‘No Antibiotics Ever’ then eat up!
Enjoy!
