Can you believe this is the last week of April? Seriously, where is this year going? I am trying to figure out now what our plans will be for summer vacation and what my kids and I will do this summer. I foresee lots of pool days in our future. Our new house makes it even easier because we are just a few miles from the pool this year, woohoo!

I’m trying to figure out if I can switch over to more summer type meals yet or not. Spring in Seattle is really hard to plan for lol When I plan a big grilling dinner, we get a torrential downpour. OOPS
