Each of these smoothies makes for a wonderful nutritious way to start your morning. Today, we are going to focus on this Peach Mango Smoothie.
Years ago, I worked at a local coffee shop and Peach Mango was a popular flavor with the customers there, I still remember passing out samples of it.
Do you need to peel the peach for the smoothie?
The peach does not have to be peeled for this smoothie, it’s easy to make with the skin on. The skin is actually the BEST part, full of nutrients and very rich in fiber too! So you definitely want to keep the skin on the peach.
Do you need to peel the mango for a smoothie?
For this smoothie, it’s best to cut and peel the mango, be sure to watch this for an easy method to peel a mango. Mangoes can be tricky to cut and peel, but once you learn to do it, you’ll be a pro!
This recipe does not have any dairy, but it does use peach nectar. This can be found in the juice aisle or frozen foods section of the local store. Be sure to get the no-sugar-added as well so that you do not add any additional sugar to this recipe.
If preferred you can also make peach nectar too with this recipe right at home!
This Peach Mango Smoothie is a wonderful sweet and tart recipe that adds some great flavor to your morning routine. I bet your kids will enjoy this one too. It can even have a banana added as well or be prepped in advance, freezing the smoothie in a freezer-safe storage container until ready to serve.

Peach Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups No-Sugar Added Peach Nectar Chilled
- 2 Cups Mangoes Peeled & Seeded plus cut into cubes
- 1 Cup Peach Chunks
- 2 Cups Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender.
- Start blending on low and increase to high.
- Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until desired consistency is reached.
