One of my favorite fish recipes is this Parmesan Breaded Tilapia. To make this a little more heart healthy, use a low fat mayo or even substitute Greek yogurt. Instead of butter use a low fat margarine, you can also cut back on the cheese as well.
There are many ways to make this a little more healthy with just a few substitutions. I am not a huge fan of fish and this is one recipe that I could eat regularly!
