Oven Baked Beef Steak Fajitas are a favorite for dinner. Fajitas make for a great quick dinner or a weeknight meal. They are perfect and full of flavor!
We have been working hard to get my son to try new foods, and he is really loving Mexican style foods like these Oven Baked Beef Steak Fajitas. That sort of comes with the territory though with where we live, there are so many great Mexican restaurants.
One thing he really loves are tacos, so I thought we would branch out a bit and try fajitas.
Of course, he still prefers his classic taco, but he likes these too and my husband and I love them as well. I enjoy these because they literally took me minutes to prepare and pop into the oven. Then, right as my husband was walks in the door I have fajita meat ready to go.
My husband likes to pile this meat inside a warm flour tortilla, I typically stick to white corn tortillas due to being gluten free. It’s easy though to make these work for all family members pairing it with a variety of toppings and sides.
This is going on my list of go-to meals for busy nights!
These have become a go-to for easy meal nights, especially when I can also use these as a freezer meal. I like to make them earlier on and just freeze them in the freezer, then I can easily warm them up on a busy night.
Are you ready for a simple dinner night? What toppings do you fix fajitas with?
Be sure to pair it with some Mexican Rice too!
