Nutella has become one of my most favorite treats, especially to bake with! As I recently was making several no bake cookies, I decided to add a little Nutella too it. I was expecting lots of chocolate and that’s exactly what I got. I did find that with the Nutella, I had to add an extra cup of oats to this recipe. (Update Note: I had originally made this recipe with 4 cups of oats; however after making again, I think 3 cups is perfect! I noticed that the first time I made it with an off brand of oats and they were significantly smaller than the brand names which played into the difference.)
These were chewy and delicious! One of the struggles I have with no bake cookies is getting them to set correctly. The main source of getting the perfect no bake cookie is boiling it properly, you do not want to under boil or over boil. Then, comes the question of how long do you boil? I’ve had some people say 1 minute and some say 2 1/2 minutes! My husband likes them gooey and so I typically just eye it and try to stay in the middle of 1 to 2 1/2 minutes!
I adapted this recipe from All Recipes; however, it’s a basic no bake cookie recipe.

Nutella No Bake Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 4 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1/2 Cup Nutella
- 3 Cups Oats or Gluten Free Certified Oats
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Begin by combining the sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Again let this boil at least 1-2 1/2 minutes, I typically go with 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop the cookies in tablespoon fulls on wax or parchment paper then let them cool until hardened. At this point, I almost always put mine in the fridge to harden.
- These made 2 dozen for me.

I almost never write comments, but i did some searching and wound up here Nutella No Bake Cookies.
And I do have a couple of questions for you if you do not mind.
Could it be simply me or does it look as if like some of these responses appear like written by brain dead visitors?
😛 And, if you are posting on additional social sites, I’d like to keep up with everything fresh you have to post. Could you make a list of all of your public pages like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?
Today, I went to the beachfront with my children.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell
to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I
had to tell someone!
Hello there! This is my 1st comment here so I just wanted to give a
quick shout out and tell you I genuinely enjoy reading through
your posts. Can you recommend any other blogs/websites/forums that deal with
the same topics? Thanks a lot!
