This can also be called Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower, it was originally shared over on Air Fryer Fanatics.
Tips for Making Ninja Foodi Roasted Cauliflower:
Remember first and foremost that all air fryers and Ninja Foodi Machines heat differently. I feel like I need to shout that from the rooftops…seriously. There are so many different air fryers and they all tend to have a different realm of ‘heat’.
I used a Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker to make this recipe, and it took about 7-10 minutes at 355*F to fully cook. I have also made this in the Ninja Foodi Grill and it was the same time and temperature.
It’s best to have some oil spray on hand such as Grapeseed oil to coat the basket of the Ninja Foodi with and the cauliflower as well.
Should you use foil or parchment paper in the Ninja Foodi?
Many times using foil, parchment paper, or silicone mats is best to keep less mess in the Ninja Foodi or an Air Fryer.
There are a few options. First, you can use foil; however, you need to be sure it’s rolled up on the sides so that the air can circulate.
The next option is these Parchment Sheets made for an Air Fryer or Ninja Foodi. These fit perfectly and are very inexpensive.
Lastly, you can use reusable silicone mats as well.
That means you have plenty of options to choose from. Of course, none of these are needed either, you can simply use the basket and clean it as well!

I’m not clear as to what container to use in the pot??
solid 3.” pan, sheet with holes? I’m betting on the latter
Use the one that has the holes in it.
What did I do wrong? My 6.5 qt multi cooker made the cauliflower roasted on the outside but it was hard and not cooked.
I haven’t had any issue with the cauliflower, did you slice it into thin slices?
Worked great!
