What type of pork chops should you use?
This recipe uses a thick-cut pork chop which is usually about 1 1/2 inches thick, they need to reach an internal temperature of at least 145*F to be considered done.
Be sure to note that this recipe is for thick pork chops, so a thin cut will not work the same way as far as cook times.
Tips for Making Ninja Foodi Pork Chops with Gravy:
These pork chops are simple to make in two parts using the multi-cooker. They will first be seared and then pressure cooked, along with some vegetables.
The pork chops will be seared on both sides with the saute function, this will give the pork chops the browned coating on the outside.
After this is done, the saute method will be used to thicken up the gravy to go over the pork chops.
If you need these to be gluten-free, be sure to use gluten-free cream of mushroom soup. The cream of mushroom soup can be canned or homemade. This will be the only swap needed to make this a gluten-free gravy.
As always though be sure to check all ingredients to be certain the ones you use are also gluten-free.
Once done, these pork chops are perfectly served with the thickened gravy that is right in the pot too! This is a great easy meal for dinner, enjoy these Ninja Foodi Pork Chops with Gravy.

This looks so good! Thank you so much for the nice recipe.
We went to our butcher and had him cut the pork chops to a little over 1 and a half inches. We never expected the chops that big to cook so thoroughly and come out so juicy and tender but we had tried another of your recipes (Mississippi Pot Roast) and loved it so much we thought we would try another of your recipes. This was amazing! Thank you again for a delicious meal and for giving us a reason to really love our Ninja. I bought a Ninja cookbook and not one recipe is anywhere near as good as your recipes.
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! This comment made my day. 🙂
This sounds really great!
Can you make this without cream of mushroom soup?
I haven’t ever left out the cream of mushroom on this one.
You absolutely can make it without the soup! I did and it was amazing! I use recipes as a guide and tweak them to my own liking. I added a packet of brown gravy mix to the beef broth. You will have to use a little more flour & water if you want a thicker gravy. I know the recipe calls for cornstarch, but I was raised making gravy with flour
This was my first recipe using the Ninja Foodi. It turned out great! Thanks for publishing the recipe.
So glad you enjoyed it!
Hi glad to see different ways !! My momma cannot chew just grilled pork chops ‼️If I understand u sear them on ninja food then instant pot ??
Yes, I usually sear them first.
I MADE THIS, this evening but tweaked you recipe just a little as we are an old couple in our mid eighties. We are. combined pair of oldies for 63 years now. Wife does enjoy my cooking and tells me off at the start as i start by tweaking your recipe. However, this evening she was full of compliments. Loved it, chops fell apart. Roast spud,Cauliflower and Broccoli cheese, sprouts and carrots. garlic and onions. Really nice 3 dessert spoons of Full cream added towards the end.
Thank you for the recipe.
