Do you all enjoy each of the characters of M&M’S, well guess who is getting their own personality?  Ms. Brown!

That’s right, Ms. Brown is coming, she is going to debut during the Super Bowl supposedly the 1st quarter commercials.  I have to say M&M’S are on the top of my favorite candy list, not only because they are delicious, but they are perfect to use in so many different recipes!

I have to admit when they came out with the Pretzel M&MS, I was in heaven!  I absolutely love the crunch of the Pretzel M&M’S, and I eat them on a regular basis.  Unlike the milk chocolate M&M’s that I use in recipes, the pretzel ones never last long enough in my house to make it into a recipe!

In honor of Ms. Brown, I headed over to Walmart this week to pick up a bag of Milk Chocolate M&M’S then attempted a M&M’S cake inspired by this post on Texas Monkey.

I was anxious to get started on the cake, I simply made 2 round 9 inch cakes, iced and decorated with candy!  My husband is in love and thought it was one of the best birthday cakes ever!

Now, let me let you in on a little secret…did you know Ms. Brown is having her own product launch in NYC next week?  Even better there will be a visit to the M&MS Museum as well.  Guess who is going to be meeting Ms. Brown?  Yep, I am heading to NYC next week to attend the launch of Ms. Brown and meet her myself!

I’ll be sharing all the details from the visit and what I learned about Ms. Brown and M&MS in the upcoming weeks.  In the meantime, I’m going to be eating some of this M&MS Cake and watching the Super Bowl for her debut!

Be sure to head on over to M&M’S USA on Facebook to find out more or on Twitter!

What’s your favorite type of M&M’S?

Wonderful! My son’s 8th birthday is this weekend and I haven’t had any inspiration – til now!! We were just going w/ a plain orange theme (that’s his favorite color!) and invited the guests to wear their favorite color – now I know what I’ll be doing for the cake thanks to this post!!

That cake looks great. I love the super bowl commercials (more than the game actually) so I will have to keep my eye out for Mrs. Brown.

Oh, my goodness! I absolutely adore this cake! (And here I thought I was a cool Mom when I made a Blue’s Clues paw print cake years ago!) My son would love this. Thank you for sharing 🙂
