I can now confess that writing up menu plans while being in the 1st trimester is extremely difficult. Most days, what is on the plan does not sound even remotely appetizing the day I plan to eat it. I keep having cravings for random items typically fast food french fries. Considering I have not ate much though, I just eat what I can and hope for the best.
I am anxiously awaiting the 2nd trimester and hopefully I’ll get my healthy taste back!
