During the school year especially it makes my life so much easier! Another thing I do a lot of especially this time of year is freezer cooking!
Since I cook new recipes frequently, I generally freeze leftovers. Some of my favorite foods to freeze are soup, stew, and chili! I typically will just freeze half of the soup, stew, or chili. Then, when we need a quick meal later during the month, I will put the frozen soup in the slow cooker and let it warm up and simmer all day on low!
Works so well and saves me the stress of dinner time!
