I have mentioned in the past that I try to make a meatless meal one time a week using another source of protein instead of meat. I have a hard time with this as I love meat!
I thought I would take a minute to highlight a few of my favorites.

Whole Wheat Penne, the whole wheat pasta is still a hard for me to get the taste for, but I still eat it!
