Meatball Pasta with Beyond Meat is a great way to do dinner!

For years now, I have tried to find a meat alternative product that was gluten-free with no such luck. Almost every meat alternative contains gluten of some form and also soy. That was until now when I was introduced to Beyond Meat.
Beyond Meat has created a variety of proteins similar to typical meat products but they are using 100% plant-based products in the foods this means there is no gluten or soy in the product, also non-GMO products too!

Again, one thing that we love is that there is no gluten. I like to add a meatless meal into our menu each week or one such as this using Beyond Meat. It works out perfectly for my family and helps keep the balance. Beyond Meat makes a wide range of products including Beyond Meat chicken and ground beef.

My son picked up on the taste and texture difference fairly quickly, that was not surprising considering he is extremely picky when it comes to texture of foods.

Meatball Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 Package Beyond Meat Meatballs
- 12 oz Gluten Free Penne Pasta
- 1 26 oz Jar of Marinara Sauce
- Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the meatballs as instructed on the package.
- Prepare the pasta as instructed on the package, and then drain and return to the pot.
- Mix in the meatballs and sauce.
- Pour into a serving dish and top with cheese.
