Hot Parmesan Pecan Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. chopped toasted pecans
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375º. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Stir in 1/2 c. pecans. Press down into a baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Top with remaining pecans and serve with chips, crackers, or veggies.
