It’s the day after Thanksgiving and all of us are regretting all that food we ate yesterday, right?

This dish, White Chicken Chili, is already low fat, but instead of using the chicken use that leftover turkey to make a whole new meal.  Plus, it’ll probably be a lot healthier than all that pie from yesterday.

Enjoy using all those leftovers today!

    Great idea! I would have never thought of using turkey in soup. That looks delicious!
