I mentioned this was one of my favorite pizza’s, Taco Pizza, literally I was amazed with how good it tasted. Now, for those of us that are watching calories a good way to make this healthy is simply to replace the ground beef with lean ground turkey or ground chicken. I am anxious to try this with ground chicken, I actually prefer ground chicken over ground beef.
The corn chips are not too bad as long as you watch your serving size; however, you can replace those with baked tortilla chips as well. Just be sure to use a fat free catalina dressing and you will be all set for a healthier pizza night!
Now, I’m hungry and I am fairly certain this just went on our menu plan!
