Today’s healthy remix is Homemade Fish Sticks. These homemade fish sticks are always a hit at my house even with having a picky 2 year old eater! He loves them and it is the only way I have found to get him to eat fish.
This recipe is already fairly low in fat, and uses egg whites as opposed to whole eggs which keeps the fat and calories down as well.
Serve this with some fresh veggies and you have a healthy dinner!
