Do you crave hamburgers when you are trying to eat healthy? I know that I do! A good way to make a hamburger healthy, is by using ground turkey or ground chicken. I know many that even use bean burgers. I have not been able to get used to that taste yet; however, I do love using lean ground meats.
If you make this Bruschetta Burger with ground chicken or ground turkey you will have a nice crunchy taste packed with veggies in the bruschetta! To make this less carbs use the sandwich thins or eat it as an open face burger without the top portion of the bun.
