One of my favorite muffins to eat for breakfast are Blueberry Muffins. Typically, most of my muffin recipes do not include oil or butter. These Blueberry Muffins can be extremely healthy, you can replace the flour with wheat flour and use 2 egg whites instead of 1 egg.
Another reason why I love to make muffins is that there is such a wide variety of things you can add to them and not only are they good for you but for me my toddler will eat them. This is one of the best ways that I can get some more nutrients into him.
