Today’s healthy remix is Basil Fish. It’s simply basil with some baked tilapia. Although many of us enjoy our fried fish, baking fish is actually the way to keep it healthy. Eating healthy may make you have to pass on the hush puppies; however, you can add lots of fresh veggies sauteed in garlic and a little olive oil!
