Today’s Healthy Remix is Apple Cider Salad. This dish is already full of nutrients and healthy; however one thing you want to watch is your serving size of the apple chips. Be sure not to over do the apple chips or you will end up with a less than healthy salad.
I just recently posted this dish, but I love it so I thought I’d re-post it. Many of us are just getting into the swing of eating healthy again after all those baked goods for the holidays and this salad is a great way to get something sweet and healthy.
Also you can add a variety of fruits or even veggies to this that suit your taste!
