This is our last week of sharing Healthier Highlights. This month I have shared breakfast, salad, lunch, and dinner ideas. I saved the best for last, Dessert!
Of course, picking ‘healthier’ desserts is a little tough. These are healthier than the average dessert but certainly not something you probably should eat each day if you are looking to eat healthy and loose weight.
We do not eat dessert regularly, but it’s always a fun little treat once a week or every other week! These are a few of my favorite ‘healthier’ versions of dessert!

- White Chocolate Covered Popcorn
Now, what is your sweet indulgence that is on the healthier side? I do eat handfuls of chocolate chips on a regular basis too!
