Have you ever tried Grilled Romaine? I was actually introduced to grilled romaine at a cooking class a few years back. Since then I make it regularly and it is actually our go to salad. It takes maybe 5 minutes at the most and is so light and delicious.
This salad is one of my staples for the summer months especially at lunch time. I try my best to eat healthy and many times it’s hard to do especially at lunch with two little ones that need all my attention. This dish though I can quickly make while they are eating and if I’m lucky, I’ll catch about 5 minutes to eat it before moving on to the next activity.
