I am enjoying grilling season this year, are you? I just love sitting out back relaxing, sometimes blogging, and enjoying the breeze. That’s exactly what I did as we made these delicious chicken leg quarters.
Typically, I always buy chicken breast or a fryer chicken; however, I recently purchased several chicken leg quarters. I knew that I wanted to do a BBQ Chicken but give it a little extra boost of flavor. I ended up adding just a little bit of fresh squeezed lime juice and then we grilled these babies up! So simple! This is one of those recipes that you will likely have all the ingredients on hand.
That is my favorite way to cook…with on hand items!
I paired our chicken with this Garlic & Olive Oil Kale Salad using fresh kale from the farmers market.
It was a match made in heaven!
Ready for dinner tonight? I am!
Enjoy!
