As we head into summer that means we are on the go and outside a lot. Of course, it’s also SO HOT! This Frozen Caramel Coffee Recipe is perfect on the go and outside to beat the summer heat with Folgers instant coffee.
Several years back now, I posted this recipe for Frozen Caramel Coffee; however, I have since found it’s much easier to make with Folgers Instant coffee. It literally takes less than 5 minutes to make and you have enough to last you several days. That means you can keep your $5 that you would spend at a coffee shop and make your own for much less.
We are gearing up for our summer vacation this week and about to head off to the beach. That means I need my coffee in hand because we have a lot to do.
Have you noticed just how much you have to do before you actually go on your vacation? It’s a lot of work to go on vacation, then when you get back it’s a lot of work too but being there for 9 days at the beach…totally worth it!
This week I’ve been sipping on my Frozen Caramel Coffee while writing list of what all I need to get done and crossing things off my list too. This coffee was easy to make with Folgers Instant Coffee.
All I did was add the prepared instant coffee, milk, caramel, and ice to the blender. I mixed it up until it was smooth then add a little whipped cream and caramel syrup and you are all set.
I’m also planning to take my instant coffee on the road with us too, you just never know when you’ll need a little pick me up, plus it’s so versatile to use. I can save myself at least $20 in a week just by using instant coffee, maybe even more than that too.

Frozen Caramel Coffee
- 1 Cup Prepared Folgers Instant Coffee
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 Cup Caramel Syrup
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- Whipped Cream
- In a blender, blend together the coffee, milk, syrup, and vanilla with the ice.
- Serve topped with whipped cream and addition caramel syrup.
