Have you tried the improved Fiber One bars lately? I stopped in our local Costco to pick up a few boxes recently as we head back into school mode. This post is written in partnership with ACORN Influence, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
This past month has been absolutely crazy for us at least in terms of being homeowners. It all started with simply wanting carpet. Not a bad start, right? I mean it isn’t so crazy to want to replace 30 year old carpet, right? I decided before that we needed to get a few other things around our house checked out first, like our septic system. It turned out that just as I had suspected it was not working correctly, then it backed up and ruined the floor in our bathroom.
Now, we are getting every floor in our home replaced…every. single. one. This basically means, we have to move out. Now, before we move out to get these new floors, I decided now would be the perfect time to update our kitchen too. Why not? I mean we are already about to be knee deep in home renovations. So, we decided to uncover our full pantry that had been hidden by a built in and have a door on order for it. Then, we decided to refinish all of our cabinets. In the midst of this what do we need? Snacks of course!
I headed to Costco to pick up lots of supplies for our updates, plus load up on Fiber One Lemon Bars and Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bars. My parents were helping us a lot and I knew they loved those bars, so it turned out to be the perfect addition to our snack bowl.
Have you tried them lately? They now have 25% less sugar, which means you get more fiber without all the sugar. On top of that they are now free of artificial flavors and colors. That’s a win for me, I love that they are listening to the consumers and making their bars a better for you option!
These bars in my mom’s opinion really are ‘so good, they should have another name.’ The Fiber One Lemon Bars are really so much like a bakery treat, making them perfect for an afternoon sweet treat plus only 90 calories! My whole family love the Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bars too and they are perfect to have on hand in my purse for a quick snack.
Have you tried these bars yet? We are absolutely loving them, plus loving that we have a new Costco in our area to shop at. I’m slightly obsessed with that store! Have you stopped by there yet? Be sure to pick up your bars, plus on ours we got some Box Tops too! It’s a win all around.

Oh no! I am so sorry about your floors and the septic tank. That is awful! We are on a septic system, too so we do keep a close watch on it. I haven’t had the Fiber One bars simply because I am a borderline diabetic and they’re not low enough on the glycemic index for me, BUT my co-workers swear by them! They’re easy grab and go as we all run to catch planes a lot!
Looks sooooo yummy! I absolutely love Fiber One bars even though they have such a high sugar content. Never knew there were so many flavors and recipes – thanks for sharing!
Can I just first say “Oats & Chocolate, please?” Oh my! The Fiber One bars look so delicious and the one with oats and chocolate has my name all over it. Love this combination! The fiber boost is great, too! 😉
I love the Fiber One snacks and think they make great snacks for kids and adults. I like that you can get a fiber boost with such a tasty treat. I will have to try these new lemon bars.
I used to eat Fiber One Brownies as my snack at work! I had a big stash at my work desk. The lemon is a new flavor for me, but it looks really refreshing. The bars look healthy and delicious!
I would get hooked on the lemon ones! I used to ONLY eat chocolate-flavoured sweets but now I adore lemon! I often make my own bars and rarely buy them, but I would try these.
