This week I tried Emeril’s Shrimp Linguine from his new book, Sizzling Skillets. I have to say this was extremely EASY! It took me less than 30 minutes to fix and it was delicious.
I am always on the lookout for a new pasta sauce and I think I may have found it. I did substitute the variety of cheese that was called for in this recipe; however, the main part of the sauce was white wine and olive oil. The two flavors along with the cheese made for a light, creamy sauce.
I am not normally a shrimp eater, but this was so good I ate the shrimp too!
This recipe gets better because I am doing a GIVEAWAY for Emeril’s Zak Bowls. These bowls are bright red and can be displayed in a variety of designs. I think right now during football season these would make the perfect display to hold all different kinds of snacks.

The linguine looks so yummy! I think the Zak bowls would be great for toppings for a taco bar or any kind of “make-your-own” party.
I would you the bowls for veggies/chips/crackers. They would be great to use for snacks also.
I liked your page.
I love those bowls! You could use those for a million different things. I think my first one would be using them to hold the toppings for a baked potato bar.

Would love to use these as goody trays at my son’s upcoming 5 year old birthday party. Color will go perfect with his Spiderman theme!
Cute! I’d use them for my daughter’s 7th birthday party. We’re doing ‘decorate your own cake’ and those bowls would be perfect to hold all the sprinkles, candies, etc.
I’m also a fan on fb.
As a mom of two kids and one who likes to host gatherings these small bowls can be used in a variety of ways. 1) for a special treat for the kids and 2) to serve finger foods for the gatherings I host. Also, we are a family of 16 and counting (when we get together with my husbands siblings and parents + spouses + kids) and we usually do that 3x or more per month on Sunday’s. With 6 kids ages 5 and under we don’t frequent restaurants all too often 🙂
