This year we tried my Aunt Toni’s Sweet Potatoes. Since she lives in Michigan and is unable to join us for Thanksgiving, making this recipe was a good way to keep her apart of our family meal!
- 1 15 oz Can of Sweet Potatoes, Drained
- 1 8 oz Can of Pineapple Chunks, Drained
- 1 Bag of Mini Marshmallows
- Dash of Brown Sugar
- Preheat oven to 400*.
- In a large bowl mix the potatoes, pineapple, and brown sugar. Then, pour into a greased baking dish and top with the marshmallows. Let this bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the marshmallows are slightly browned.
