It’s almost November and that means lots of FOOD! I’ll admit that staying on track diet wise is tough this month, isn’t it? I’m a sucker for stuffing and all that good sweet stuff too. I’m doing my best though to keep in mind portion control and not overeat.
It doesn’t help either that I ended up in the hospital last week with an emergency surgery. That means I can’t go to the gym for a few weeks either. What have I eaten for a week? Milkshakes! I NEVER drink milkshakes but this past week that was the only thing that sounded good. Now, I have to kick that habit quick, but goodness they still sound so good.
