Disney Junior Halloween Party

When we throw parties, we always have to be sure that there is a kid-friendly area too.  That is just how it is when you have kids, plus all our friends have kids.  I secretly enjoy decorating and planning the kids party more than the adult parties, what can I say…kids just have more fun!  We decided this year to do a Disney Junior themed party primarily focusing on Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.  I was able to incorporate several different products into this party.

I used a variety of Disney Halloween products and mixed them with American Greetings party supplies found at Walmart.  I picked up tableclothes, plates, and napkins there and then found several Halloween items too.

One of my favorite finds were the Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse pumpkin faces, how cute are these?  I nearly flipped in the store when I saw them and that pretty much set the theme for the entire party.

I also found some Disney packaged snacks too that fit our theme along with an inflatable Mickey Mouse.

I decided to use the Mickey Mouse with the hay bails we had to create a photo area to get pictures of the kids.  This was SO cute.  Of course, we got a little too busy playing and eating and didn’t get all the pictures but we did manage to get a few.

For the food, we did juice boxes along with cookies and cupcakes, plus the Disney themed packaged foods.  I also picked up a few Disney pumpkins to fill up with candy for the kids to pick up on the way out.  Although, I think my mom was searching for the good candy before the kids saw it.

The big attraction for our Disney party was Minnie Mouse of course.  I have to say  my daughter makes one cute little Minnie Mouse.

We even had a few more characters join us, Woody is a twin, did you know that?

Our Disney party was a huge hit for the kids and finding the perfect items is easy with American Greetings at Walmart.  We easily incorporated the traditional party items along with Halloween theme items to make the perfect party.
