This is my husband’s version of spaghetti. It is very delicious and full of meat, plus veggies!
My husband serves this with a little bread and butter. This is a great dish for all the picky eaters in the family!
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 lb Spaghetti Pasta Noodles, I use Tinkyada for Gluten Free.
- 1/4 C Chopped Spinach
- 1 Jar of Meat Pasta Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- Cook the noodles as directed on the package. While the noodles are cooking, brown the meat until well done. Once the meat is cooked, add in the butter and spinach and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the butter is melted.
- The noodles will need to be drained and then returned to the stock pot, once these are returned add in the beef mixture. Next, stir in the sauce. We typically stir in enough sauce to coat the noodles, sometimes we only use about 3/4 of the jar.
