It’s time to make menu planning customized to fit your needs with PlateJoy custom meal plans. This is a sponsored post; however, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
A few years ago, I decided to try to make a few customized meal plan options for my blog; however, I just did not have the technology that was truly needed to customize them to meet dietary needs. Now, let’s move forward a few years and thankfully PlateJoy is doing just that! PlateJoy offers customized meal plans that can be created to meet your dietary needs. For instance, I was able to choose ‘gluten-free’ and also ‘low-carb’. Grab your FREE 10 day trial now, just click here. I was even able to put in that I was trying to loose weight and my weight loss goals. Then, when the menu generates it gives me options that fit those needs. The best part? It breaks down the nutrition information too, so you know the exact nutritional count of each meal and serving. This is life-changing, especially if you are trying to loose some weight or are on a wellness journey like we are.
Once you build your profile, the recipes will generate for you, then from that point you can build your shopping list too. I think a great benefit is that you can easily swap out the recipes too if you don’t particular care for some. I know there are a few that my kids just absolutely would not eat, so I can easily swap those out and add ones that our entire family would love. Another perk is that it helps you get out of that cooking rut, making the same meal over and over again, I love that for me it adds variety and helps me with ideas too. I never would have thought to do a breakfast bento style meal until I saw it generated, that led me to even more great ideas for breakfast bento meals. I create many of my own recipes, but sometimes it’s nice to be able to try others too.
PlateJoy even allows you to customize your meals if you prefer slow-cooking or batch cooking too, even freezer and family friendly meals. That helps us stay on task too because then I have great slow-cooker meals for those busy evenings too. Now, for my family another great tool is that the recipes are sent right to your phone. That means you don’t have to search or look up a recipe, it’s right there. It takes the time and prep work out of it and allows you more time with your family and daily life, that’s a necessity for my family right now.
As we have been on this new way of eating, I love that PlateJoy customizes the menus to fit our new lifestyle in terms of the foods we eat. When I started changing the way I eat, that was my biggest struggle, finding foods that would work with our health goals and now with PlateJoy, I don’t even have to search for them, they do the work for me.
