I’ll just put it out there and say that lately, I’ve been really tired of cooking. As in so tired of cooking that even the slow cooker seems like too much work. Anyone else have those days? Weeks? Months? The downside…we still have to eat, so I really don’t get a break. I’m sure you all can relate!
I’m guessing it’s probably from all that we’ve done over the past month between moving, traveling, and fighting off sickness, but I think I have just hit the pit of exhaustion. I am hoping that I get the pep in my step back because I cook a lot, way more than the average person. I think I will be reading through more of my family members recipes that have since passed them on to me to find a little inspiration.
In the meantime, this week I am looking back at some of my past recipes that I made in the month of February.
