It’s grilling season, and that means kabobs! Last year, was the first attempt at making kabobs and this was only our second attempt. I have to say this time went much better. Although, last years were good. I have learned more about adding flavor this year, and these had it!
This is a healthy dish that is perfect addition to a cookout that features lots of red meat. This gives the guest a healthy alternative. Enjoy!

Chipotle Chicken Kabobs
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breast Cubed
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 1 Orange Pepper
- 1 Yellow Squash
- Chipotle Dressing
- Skewers
Instructions
- Begin by cutting all the produce into bite size pieces that will fit on your skewers. Now, prepare your skewers, you can put the veggies and meat on in any pattern you would like. Once they are complete pour the chipotle dressing on the kabobs. Then, grill these on medium heat. They will need to cook until the chicken is well done. They took about 20-30 minutes to cook on our grill; however, it will vary.
- Note: I used Saucy Mama Chipotle Dressing; however, any chipotle dressing will work
