We like to roll lunch meat for this; however, you can also use diced ham or turkey even grilled chicken works well too.
It is simple to make with whatever lettuce you have on hand. When making this use either Green Leaf Lettuce or Romaine Lettuce; however, it can also be made with iceberg lettuce too.
Serve each of these foods cold and out of the fridge.
Normally a creamy dressing is used for this, which is why we went with the Homemade Ranch Dressing, but you can use any dressing you prefer.
Cobb Salad or Chef Salad?
This could also be considered a Cobb Salad and eaten as the main meal. A Chef Salad is usually an appetizer or served before the main meal, Cobb would be a larger salad served as the main meal.
